These Terms and Conditions govern your use of turnkeylawncare.com and the services provided by TurnKey Lawn Care. By accessing this website or hiring TurnKey Lawn Care, you agree to these terms.

Services

TurnKey Lawn Care provides lawn maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, and outdoor living services to residential and commercial customers in the Greater New Orleans area. Specific service scope, schedule, and pricing are confirmed in writing or by email before work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions are materially different from what was assessed, or if scope is changed during the project. Any change in cost will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing reasonable access to your property on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and notifying us of any obstructions or hazards. If access cannot be provided, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Late payments may incur a finance charge as permitted by Louisiana law.

Cancellation

Recurring service can be cancelled at any time with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled visit. One-time service cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service visit, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. The satisfaction guarantee applies to workmanship and does not cover changes in conditions caused by weather, pests, or third parties after our service.

Liability

TurnKey Lawn Care carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions, items left in the yard that were not disclosed, or actions of third parties.

Governing Law
